At Yoness, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This page covers everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote or rural areas.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹499. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. You can select this option at checkout if it’s available for your location and order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use this information to track your order’s progress until it’s delivered to you.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please check your tracking details first. If there’s no update or the order appears lost, contact us and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Yoness is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to accommodate the change if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
