Products & Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and their details as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colours, images, or descriptions will be completely accurate on every device or screen.
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. This confirms that we’ve received your order, not that it has been accepted or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Payments
We accept payments through secure, encrypted payment gateways, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Yoness does not store your card or banking details on our servers.
Shipping
We currently ship across India only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For full details, please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please review it before placing an order.
