Orders and payments

1. How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select your product, choose your size and quantity, and click Add to Cart. Then go to checkout, fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

2. Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track your orders, save your address, and view your purchase history — which makes repeat ordering much faster.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay — including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on orders up to ₹1,000.

4. Is it safe to pay online on Yoness?

Yes. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Yoness does not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers at any point.

5. Do prepaid orders get a discount?

Yes. We offer an exclusive discount on orders paid online at checkout. This discount is applied automatically and is not available on COD orders. COD orders are billed at full MRP.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@yoness.in or +91 7819846225. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for post-dispatch options.

7. I made a payment but did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Please do not retry the payment immediately. First check your bank account to see if any amount has been debited. If money has been deducted but you received no confirmation, contact us at support@yoness.in with your payment reference number. Amounts debited for failed orders are automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

8. What does Yoness sell?

Yoness sells 100% cotton innerwear for women — designed for all-day comfort, everyday wear, and hygiene. Our panties are tag-free, antibacterial, breathable, and available in inclusive sizing.

9. How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. We recommend measuring your waist and hips and comparing against our size guide for the best fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

10. What if I order the wrong size?

For hygiene reasons, innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you received a wrong size from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

11. Are the product colours exactly as shown in photos?

We make every effort to photograph our products accurately. However, slight colour variation is possible due to lighting conditions, photography, and the display settings of your device. If you have a query about a specific colour, feel free to ask us before ordering.

12. Are Yoness panties suitable for daily wear?

Yes, that is exactly what they are designed for. Our 100% cotton, tag-free, antibacterial fabric is made to be worn all day, every day — whether you are at work, college, home, or anywhere in between.

13. What does antibacterial fabric mean?

Our fabric is treated to inhibit the growth of bacteria, which helps maintain freshness and hygiene during everyday wear. This is especially important for innerwear, which sits closest to your skin throughout the day.

Shipping and delivery

14. Where do you deliver?

We deliver pan-India through Shiprocket. You can check if your pincode is serviceable by entering your address at checkout.

15. How much does shipping cost?

  • Orders above ₹599 — Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹599 — Flat ₹80 shipping charge

16. How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Metro cities are typically faster. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

17. When will my order be dispatched?

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM on a working day (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

18. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link by email. You can use this to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of the expected dispatch time, contact us at support@yoness.in.

19. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Address changes are only possible before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately at support@yoness.in or +91 7819846225 with your order number and the correct address. We cannot change the address once the order is out for delivery.

20. What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, courier delays happen due to weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@yoness.in with your order number and we will investigate with our courier partner.

21. What happens if delivery fails?

Our courier partner makes 2 delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package is returned to us. For prepaid orders, a refund is processed after we receive the package, minus the shipping charge. For COD orders, no refund applies as no payment was made. You may contact us to re-place the order.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

22. Can I return or exchange innerwear?

For health and hygiene reasons, used, worn, washed, or opened innerwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — and only if it is unworn, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging with tags intact.

23. How do I raise a return or refund request?

  1. Email us at support@yoness.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will guide you on the next steps.

24. Is an unboxing video required?

Yes — if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, an unboxing video is mandatory to process your claim. Please record this video at the time of opening the package. Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted. If the package looks visibly torn or tampered at the time of delivery, do not accept it.

25. How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

26. Will my shipping charges be refunded?

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error — for example, a wrong item or a manufacturing defect. In those cases, we also cover the return shipping cost.

Cash on Delivery

27. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹1,000 across most serviceable pincodes. Orders above ₹1,000 must be paid online.

28. Why is the COD price higher than the online price?

We offer an exclusive discount on prepaid (online payment) orders. COD orders are billed at full MRP. This is our way of encouraging secure, hassle-free online payments — and passing the saving on to you when you pay upfront.

Care instructions

29. How should I wash Yoness panties?

  • Hand wash recommended for longer fabric life.
  • Machine wash is possible on a gentle/delicate cycle.
  • Use mild detergent. Avoid harsh bleach or fabric softeners.
  • Dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve colour and fabric.
  • Do not wring or twist the fabric harshly.

30. Will the fabric shrink after washing?

Cotton fabric may show slight shrinkage after the first wash. Following the care instructions above will help maintain the shape, softness, and fit of your product over time.

Account and reviews

31. How do I create an account?

Go to the My Account page and click Register. Fill in your name, email, and password to create your account. It is free and takes less than a minute.

32. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Go to the login page and click Lost your password? Enter your registered email address and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.

33. Can I leave a product review?

Yes. Verified customers who have purchased the product can leave a review on the product page. We genuinely value honest feedback — it helps us improve and helps other women make informed decisions.

Affiliate program

34. Does Yoness have an affiliate program?

Yes. If you are a content creator, influencer, or someone who loves our products and wants to earn by sharing them, our affiliate program is for you. You get a unique coupon code, your followers get a discount, and you earn a commission on every sale. Visit our Affiliate page to learn more and sign up.

35. When are affiliate commissions paid?

Commissions are paid monthly via UPI or bank transfer once your accumulated balance reaches ₹500. If your balance is below ₹500, it rolls over to the next month — your earnings are never cancelled. Please refer to our Affiliate Terms of Service for full details.
