Our Refund & Returns Policy

At Yoness, your comfort and hygiene come first. Because we sell intimate apparel (panties / innerwear), our return policy is designed around strict hygiene standards while still protecting you if something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or replacement request. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Hygiene Policy — Important

For health and hygiene reasons, used, worn, washed, or opened innerwear cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This is standard practice for intimate apparel and is in the interest of all our customers’ safety.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In its original sealed packaging with all tags intact
  • Free from any signs of use, stains, odour, or damage caused after delivery

Any product returned in a used or tampered condition will be rejected and sent back to you.

When You Can Request a Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item, size, or colour from what you ordered
  • The product had a manufacturing defect

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

What Is Not Eligible

  • Used, worn, washed, or opened innerwear
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing after delivery
  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Products bought on clearance or final sale (where marked)

How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at support@yoness.in within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we’ll guide you on the next steps for a replacement or refund.

Please do not ship any product back to us before your request is approved.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If you’re eligible for a replacement (for a defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will ship the correct product to you at no extra cost once the original is received and verified.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card company or payment provider, as processing can take a few days.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received it, email us at support@yoness.in.

Shipping Costs

  • For damaged, defective, or wrong items, Yoness covers the return shipping cost.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under the conditions above.
