Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Yoness reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Products
We have made every effort to display the colours, sizes, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colours will be perfectly accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST at 5%. No additional tax will be charged at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, Yoness reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Prepaid Discount and COD Orders
Yoness offers a discount on prepaid orders paid online at the time of checkout. This discount is applied automatically and is available exclusively on orders where full payment is made online via Razorpay at the time of placing the order.
Orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD) are billed at the full MRP and are not eligible for the prepaid discount. By choosing COD, you acknowledge and accept that the order total may be higher than the prepaid price shown to online payment customers. This is standard practice and does not constitute any form of discrimination or unfair pricing.
Yoness reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or change the prepaid discount amount at any time without prior notice.
Order Placement and Acceptance
Placing an order on yoness.in constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us. Yoness reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Payment
We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular wallets. All online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay’s payment gateway. Yoness does not store any card or payment information on its servers.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available across most serviceable pincodes in India. Please have the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner may not carry change.
In case of a failed payment, please do not retry immediately. Check your bank account first. If an amount has been debited but the order was not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days. You may also contact us at support@yoness.in for assistance.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver pan-India. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location. Remote or difficult-to-access areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping charges:
- Orders above ₹599 — Free shipping
- Orders below ₹599 — Flat ₹80 shipping charge
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Yoness is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
In summary: we accept return or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery, only for defective, damaged, or wrong items, and only for products that are unworn, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging. Used or opened innerwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@yoness.in or +91 7819846225. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for post-dispatch options.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and site design is the property of Yoness / P.N. Enterprises and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other accounts, or any server or network connected to our website. Any such conduct may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
